I am a London-based Nutritional Therapist and Natural Chef / Vegan Natural Chef Lecturer at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. I practice a Functional Medicine based Nutritional Therapy and graduated the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2017.

I work with people who want to feel energised, lose weight and regain confidence, resolving gut issues like IBS, bloating, diarrhoea, constipation, acid reflux and discomfort. By passing on my knowledge to my clients, I coach them to make lasting change to diet and lifestyle, and regain their health and wellbeing again.

With a background in Investment Banking in the City and 10 years running my own fashion business in East London, I understand the high stress environment of corporations and the work hard play hard ethics of London city life.

I know now, it was these lifestyle issues on top of stomach bugs from my exotic travels, and plenty of antibiotics, which all led to my digestive health issues. As I left my fashion business behind me and retrained as a Nutritionist I discovered the reasons for my bloating, cramping, brain fog and lethargy and it was due to underlying bacterial infections in my gut. I had a full house: H-pylori, SIBO and Candida!

Now I help people manage their health issues to get them back to their best selves, with a healthy weight, with increased energy, looking and feeling better. Whether suffering with hormones, anxiety, autoimmunity or skin issues, one thing clients generally have in common, is a degree of underlying gut dysfunction. Digestive issues and IBS is now such a common complaint and with around 80% of the immune system located in the gut, it’s easy to understand how this has such a big impact on the whole body.

I so often see stressed out individuals juggling families, gym, work commitments and a hectic social life, struggling with weight and low energy. It’s no surprise they feel run down, anxious and start to suffer with their gut and IBS. Women often find they begin to suffer hormone related issues like fibroids, PCOS, PMS. They might have trouble getting pregnant or experience terrible perimenopausal symptoms. It’s a story I am only too familiar with.

I Iike to work with clients on a 1 to 1 basis, understanding their medical and life history and what has brought them to the point they are today. My approach is to investigate the root cause of those health issues and work at this level in order that the body has a chance to calibrate naturally again and those symptoms disappear.

Most of my clients come to me via referral and as such, are committed to make the changes necessary and together we can really improve their health.

I spent 2 years working at the award winning London Clinic of Nutrition in Marylebone under Oliver Barnett and now have returned to the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Kings Cross to teach part of the Vegan Natural Chef and Vegan Chef course. Besides running my own private practice I also consult with business, caterers, restaurants and cafes.

I am a Registered Nutritionist monitored by BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine), CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council) and ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners).

Nutrition and healthy cooking is my passion and I’m always hungry (pardon the pun) to learn more, that’s why I invest a lot of time and money on further education and CPD (Continuous Professional Development) and I am currently studying at the Functional Medicine University.
