Today’s consumer is more environmentally aware, more inclusive, more demanding and more conscious of what they are eating than ever before. They are interested in food provenance, sustainability, innovative dining experiences and have a greater overall interest in wellness.
The expectations for hospitality are greater than ever and today’s cafes, hotels and restaurants have to be informed about dietary requirements, allergies, intolerances and offer choice if they want to survive and thrive.

Can your business afford not to be catering to these diners? I teach Vegan Natural Chef and Natural Chef at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and see these new chefs embracing change and entering the dining market with flair and ambition.

I work with business to help them respond to these new eating habits and create.

Inclusive menus to cater to everyone’s needs and lifestyle choices, winning new customers and keeping old ones so that your business stays in business.

We can do this with menu development, training staff on nutrition, health issues and dietary solutions, accreditation with the industry bodies such as Coeliac UK or the Vegan Society or by connecting you with the right suppliers, chefs, food photographers, stylists or products.
