Menopause, Menstruation, and the Law: Are You Ready for the New Employment Rights Bill?
Menopause is now recognized at a legislative level as a critical issue of gender equality and workplace wellbeing. From April 2026, forward-thinking, employee-focused companies can voluntarily adopt Menopause Action Plans. By 2027, companies with 250+ employees will be legally required to implement them.
Early adopters are already highlighting the benefits: enhanced reputation, improved staff wellbeing, higher retention rates, and significant savings to their bottom line.
