Clinical Nutrition Consultations
Step 1. Book a discovery call with me to discuss your health problems and find out how a Functional Medicine approach and Clinical Nutrition Programme can help.
Step 2. Confirm your consultation date and complete your Intake forms for assessment.
Step 3. In your Initial Consultation we look at symptoms, your diet diary, medical history and environmental factors to identify imbalances, triggers and the root cause of your health issues. I send you a personalised plan including diet, lifestyle and herbal and nutritional supplement recommendations.
Step 4. Regular follow up meetings with coaching to discuss your progress and update your plan.

The Nutrition plans I put together are personalised and individual, just like you.
How does the process work?
In our discovery call we can find out a bit more about each other and decide a plan of action that suits your lifestyle and budget.
Then in our initial consultation meeting after assessing your intake forms I explain how I think your body is reacting to current diet and lifestyle choices and what I suspect the root cause of your complaints to be. We can discuss any testing that might be desirable and go over any questions you might have around your health and nutrition. Then we can agree a therapeutic approach working at a pace thats right for you.
With regular meetings we will chart your progress and tweak your plan and you will see incremental improvements in your health over the course of the programme.
As a Natural Chef and Vegan Chef Lecturer at the College of Naturopathic Medicine I work with different diets and restrictions and have lots of tasty recipes at hand to support you in the kitchen.
